The EdoDiDa Chatbot is an AI-powered, Large Language Model-enabled platform designed to simplify and humanize the interaction with government data. Tailored for use across ministries, departments, and agencies (MDAs), the chatbot allows both technical and non-technical users to ask natural language questions and receive instant, easy-to-understand answers directly drawn from official data repositories.
From executive policymakers to operational staff, users can explore datasets in real-time, bypass traditional data bottlenecks, and gain rapid insights critical to program monitoring, policy development, budget planning, and service delivery oversight.
Deployed across over 20 MDAs in Edo State, the EdoDiDa Chatbot functions as a centralized knowledge engine that promotes evidence-based governance, accelerates decision-making, and increases efficiency within the public sector. DiCert: Building Trust and Efficiency in Educational Credentialing
DiCert is a strategic extension of the EdoDiDa Platform, showcasing its adaptability in addressing sector-specific challenges, particularly within education. Built on the same data-for-governance architecture, DiCert is a digital credentialing platform that automates the issuance and verification of academic certificates and termly results.
It streamlines how schools manage records while offering students and parents secure, instant access to vital academic documents. With features such as tamper-proof verification via QR codes and integration with students’ National Identification Numbers (NIN), DiCert enhances trust, reduces fraud, and ensures continuity in academic documentation from Basic to Senior Secondary levels.
